Access requirements: Families who desire service must first be qualified at the Hope House on any given Thursday morning by bringing (1) proof of residence in Delta County (client/head of household name and address must be on the current electric bill; only 1 address can be used with a client/head of household application), (2) the name, Social Security number,and birth date for each member of the household receiving food (maximum 8 people in a household may receive food), and (3) wage/income verification of all working people living in each household..
