Neighbors Together, formerly Tricounty Family Ministries, provides hot weekday lunches plus groceries, clothing, and emergency financial assistance through appointment-based case management. Grocery access is for neighbors enrolled in case management; the hot lunch is a distinct meal service. Health and wellness programming is also offered Wednesday mornings.
