FAVOR Western PA Food Pantry is a recurring Westmoreland Food Bank partner distribution. The program provides fresh and nonperishable groceries to qualifying Westmoreland County households. The county program generally permits one distribution per household each month and can also provide one-time emergency assistance. Income eligibility applies; call the pantry before traveling or if preregistration is noted.
