Acceptable forms of identification will include: 1) State Issued ID Card, State Issued Driver’s License or Passport with current address. Social Security Cards will not be accepted. 2) If your address is not current on your ID, you must also bring additional proof of residency (current utility bill or signed/dated lease agreement)..
