Current food-pantry site in the FoodFinder.us current nonprofit food-assistance locator. Published services: Free Food Market. Access requirements: None – located on 88th between SE Liebe St. and SE Steele St. All participants who arrive before we open will be given a random number when they arrive. This number indicates where you will be in the line. We feel this is a fairer way for people to get the food that they need without having to line up early. When your number is called you may start shopping. We will start giving out numbers no more than 10 minutes before opening.. Service area: SE Portland.
