emergency overnight shelter and housing-readiness program. Serves Adults experiencing homelessness in Henderson, Polk and Transylvania counties. Gender/access: All genders. Age: Adults. Eligibility: Guests must be medically stable, ambulatory and able to manage personal care. Meals: Three daily meals open to anyone who is hungry. Showers: Showers available through services. Case management: Shelter operations and long-term housing-readiness programs. Housing navigation: Employment, budgeting, savings and housing placement support. Medical services: Good Samaritan medical clinic partnership; shelter is not a medical-care facility. Donations: Contact the mission for current needs. Volunteering: Volunteer through the mission.
