Intake: Self, family or professional referrals accepted; interview, rules review and facility tour required. Case management: Weekly individual and group counseling, family intervention and aftercare. Housing navigation: Independent-living planning, budgeting and education or vocational assistance. Medical services: Medical resources available as needed. Mental-health services: Mental-health resources and counseling. Volunteering: Volunteer opportunities available.
