CHOW receives, stores, and sorts food for a network of Broome County pantries and meal sites. The Otseningo Street facility is a regional warehouse rather than a routine public walk-in pantry. People seeking food should call the CHOW hotline at 607-723-8960 for an appropriate nearby program. Food, funds, and volunteer support are accepted through the Council.
