Community Action Programs Cayuga/Seneca operates this Cayuga County pantry at 89 York Street. It provides emergency food assistance twice monthly to individuals and families in need regardless of residency, on a walk-in basis. Call before traveling for current distribution dates. Monetary, food, goods, and volunteer support are accepted through CAP.
