Access requirements: Photo ID, birth certificates of all household members under 18, proof of Jackson residency. Our entrance is around the back of the senior center. Please use the entrance closest to the high school and follow the arrows. The process will be the same; drive up to receive all necessary forms.. Service area: Jackson residents only.
