Intake: Questionnaire alone does not qualify or place a person into housing. Published capacity: Up to 150 youth. Meals: Basic needs and food. Case management: Intensive case management and individualized plans. Housing navigation: Housing-stability planning and transition to an apartment. Mental-health services: Mental-health, addiction, co-occurring treatment and prevention services. Donations: Program wishlist and financial donations accepted.
