Nutrition center providing scratch-prepared medically tailored meals and groceries to enrolled clients living with qualifying illnesses. Clients select a new menu every two weeks; eligible homebound clients may receive biweekly or monthly delivery. This is a specialized nutrition program rather than a general public pantry.
