First, clients can have a household income (including wages, social security, government assistance and other resources) up to 200 percent of the federal poverty level. Second, our clients either must live in the geographic footprint of four school districts serving west St. Louis County (Parkway, Rockwood, Kirkwood or Valley Park), live in the 63026 or 63049 ZIP codes OR must have children who attend a school in one of the listed school districts through the voluntary transfer, or Voluntary Interdistrict Choice Corp, program. Circle of Concern provides long-term and emergency assistance to low-income families living in western St. Louis County. We primarily operate as a food pantry. Additional programs help families throughout the year. In order to participate in Circle programs, you must agree to the following. In order for us to provide services, we ask that you: Submit all required documentation within your first three appointments. Required documentation includes social security cards for household members, proof of income, proof of residency, utility bills, and photo identity for all household members. Schedule an appointment for services every four (4) weeks. Keep your appointments or notify Circle at least 12 hours in advance if you will be unable to keep your appointment.
