Requirements and items to bring : ** All clients must live within the counties we serve (Lamar, Forrest, Covington, Jefferson-Davis, Jasper, Jones, Wayne) ** All clients must bring a picture ID every time they pick up (State ID, drivers License (current or expired), pass port etc) ** All new clients must be able to provide the names and dates of birth for each household member ** All new clients must be able to tell us your total monthly household income ** All new clients that are requesting diapers from our diaper bank will need to show one of the following documents when you sign up: Birth Certificate, Social Security Card or Crib Card. Also, the diapers must be picked up at the same time you pick up your food bag. Schedules and requirements can change; confirm before traveling.
