Age: Ages 14 through 19. Intake: Immediate-help and referral screening through Hope House. Eligibility: All-gender youth ages 14-19 experiencing or at risk of homelessness or crisis. Published capacity: 6 beds; published program capacity, not live availability. Case management: Individualized strength-based case management and next-step planning. Housing navigation: Resource connections, self-sufficiency planning, and family reunification when safe. Mental-health services: Community-based mental-health and counseling connections.
