Intake: Low-barrier access; staff help place people in alternative shelters or hotels when over capacity. Eligibility: People experiencing homelessness or immediate need for refuge from extreme weather. Published capacity: 25. Meals: Community snack bar, coffee and several warm meals daily; street meal kits may also be available. Showers: Available on site according to current regional reporting. Laundry: Available on site according to current regional reporting. Case management: Resource connections and practical support are available. Housing navigation: Computers, Wi-Fi and phones support housing and employment searches. Transportation: Located on Metro Bus route 6; temporary winter overflow transport may operate separately. Donations: Online, cash, check and current in-kind needs are published; contact the program before large deliveries. Volunteering: Operator accepts volunteer applications and scheduled shifts.
