Eligibility: Adults homeless or at risk, medically stable for respite, able to manage medications and basic activities with minimal help, and not needing hospital-level or inpatient substance treatment. Accessibility: Current state record says guests must be able to climb stairs and the program cannot accept walkers or wheelchairs. Meals: Nutritious meals and meal support. Case management: Resource coordination and recovery support. Housing navigation: Staff help guests seek stable housing. Medical services: Clinical assessment, medication education and coordinated care. Mental-health services: Connections to mental-health and substance-use treatment. Transportation: Transportation support.
