24-hour emergency youth shelter. Serves Youth experiencing or at risk of homelessness, exploitation, violence, neglect or family crisis. Eligibility: Youth of all genders ages 12-17 who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness or related crisis. Published capacity: 12. Case management: Individual case management and strength-based planning. Housing navigation: Connections to community resources and safe exit planning. Mental-health services: Community-based mental-health and counseling connections. Transportation: Transportation support is part of the operator youth-service model.
