Clients receive one service card and may collect pantry food once monthly. Separate TEFAP mobile distributions on selected Wednesdays serve eligible Michigan residents without ZIP restrictions and do not count against monthly pantry access. Proxy pickup is allowed for a registered household when approved in advance.
