Community Servings prepares and delivers medically tailored meals for Massachusetts and Rhode Island residents living with qualifying critical or chronic illnesses and barriers to shopping or cooking. Applicants may self-refer but need a completed intake packet and medical certification from a healthcare provider. This is a meal-production and client-services facility, not a walk-in pantry.
