Intake: Call or walk in; program screening and bed availability apply. Eligibility: Must meet the HUD definition of homelessness. Documents: Documents as requested by the agency. Meals: Housing and food provided, including soup-kitchen services. Case management: Case management, skills and income planning. Housing navigation: Housing search, placement and permanent-housing retention support. Medical services: Information and referrals for healthcare and insurance. Transportation: Transportation information and support. Donations: Financial and in-kind donations accepted. Volunteering: Volunteer opportunities available.
