Eligibility: Program fit review, adult participation and admissions approval required. Documents: Adult identification, children’s birth certificates, custody documents where applicable, Social Security cards, background and credit releases, and vehicle documents when driving. Case management: Wraparound services and structured self-sufficiency plan. Housing navigation: Assistance progressing from crisis to stable housing. Donations: Financial donations, wish-list and in-kind drives. Volunteering: Volunteer opportunities available.
