Household eligibility: Families must have minor children in their custody. Eligibility: Live or work in Gwinnett County; adults willing and able to work full time; children in school or childcare; adults must pass background and drug screens. Case management: Weekly intensive case management and life-skills support. Housing navigation: Stabilization and long-term housing support. Donations: Financial and in-kind support accepted. Volunteering: Congregational and community volunteer opportunities.
