If you are in need of a medical doctor, please visit us at: 99 NW 183rd Street, Suite 206, Miami Gardens, FL 33169. It is now open enrollment if you are in need of medical insurance. Please call us at: 305-224-8763 to schedule an appointment with the doctor and insurance agent. Anyone who signs up as a patient will receive free food and personal hygiene products. Your well-being is our Priority. Also, we will soon open a new location in Opa-Locka, FL. Please call to find out more information about Grand Opening.
