Intake: Universal IHP application and consent forms required. Eligibility: Adult and TAY families experiencing homelessness with mental illness and inadequate income; registered sex offenders not accepted. Documents: Current IHP forms. Accessibility: One first-floor ADA unit; both three-story buildings otherwise have no elevator. Pets: Pets not accepted. Service animals: Service animals accepted; emotional-support dogs under 10 pounds accepted with documentation and must remain with the participant at all times. Published capacity: Capacity not numerically published; most rooms hold 2-3 people, ADA room holds one full bed, and all units can accommodate cribs or bassinets.
