Intake: Coordinated Entry System assessment, prioritization, referral and matching; contact a CES Access Center or Access Point for placement assistance. Eligibility: Household experiencing homelessness with at least one child under age 18. Published capacity: Current operator and County pages describe 100 units and up to 400 beds; HUD 2024 recorded 78 family units, 300 family beds and 2 adult-only beds (302 total) on the inventory night. Waitlist/availability: Placement depends on CES matching and availability; call the operator administrative office only for current program guidance. Meals: Three meals daily. Case management: Housing-navigation case management, peer support and life-skills support. Housing navigation: Permanent-housing stabilization and placement support. Medical services: Referrals to outside medical providers. Mental-health services: Behavioral-health support and referrals.
