Gender/access: Participants must identify as male. Age: Adults. Intake: Referral comes from the justice system while the participant is incarcerated; contact the referring agency or HOPICS. The public address does not permit self-referral or guarantee a bed.. Eligibility: Adult men with serious mental illness who are justice-involved and incarcerated at the time of referral; final placement is controlled by the County program.
