Intake: Placement through San Mateo County coordinated homeless-services access and outreach. Eligibility: Adults and couples experiencing homelessness in San Mateo County. Documents: Determined during coordinated-entry referral. Accessibility: Most units have private bathrooms; health and dental clinics; facility includes accessible-support infrastructure. Pets: Pet-inclusive with dog run. Service animals: Service animals accommodated. Published capacity: 240 temporary living units with capacity for up to 260 residents; 2024 HUD inventory reports 245 beds including 19 veteran-dedicated beds. Waitlist/availability: Referral-based placement; contact a Core Service Agency or county outreach. Meals: Daily meals and commercial kitchen.
