52-bed low-barrier transitional living program within the youth housing campus. Serves LGBTQ+ young adults ages 18-24 experiencing homelessness. Gender/access: LGBTQ+ youth of all genders. Age: 18-24. Household eligibility: Young adults; family-with-children placement is not described. Intake: Call or visit the Youth Center for assessment, CES access and housing navigation. Eligibility: Young adults ages 18-24 experiencing homelessness or housing instability; placement depends on assessment and availability. Documents: No prerequisite list is published; staff assist with coordinated entry and documentation. Accessibility: Request disability and language accommodations through Youth Center staff. Service animals: Request accommodation during assessment. Published capacity: 52 current transitional-living beds. HUD’s 8-, 14- and 44-bed 2024 rows are overlapping or legacy funding components and are not summed as current capacity. Waitlist/availability: Staff provide navigation and referrals when no placement is available. Meals: Three meals daily. Showers: Youth Center showers and resident hygiene access. Laundry: Youth Center and resident laundry access. Case management: Trauma-informed case management and wraparound care. Housing navigation: CES access, housing navigation and permanent-housing referrals. Medical services: LGBTQ+-competent health services through Center wraparound care. Mental-health services: Mental-health care, counseling and support groups. Donations: Donate through Los Angeles LGBT Center channels. Volunteering: Use the Center volunteer program.
