Accessibility: County contract requires culturally and linguistically appropriate services and alternative formats. Published capacity: Shared average daily census of 16 participants across Laurel Creek and a second supported-housing location. Waitlist/availability: Referral and program assessment determine placement. Meals: Residents learn cooking skills. Laundry: Laundry life-skills training. Case management: On-site case manager, housing counselors and peer support. Housing navigation: Housing access assistance and permanent-housing transition planning.
