Intake: Los Angeles County DHS alerts HHH when an eligible individual or family needs housing; direct walk-in admission is not published. Eligibility: Qualification through Los Angeles County DHS; Housing First and harm-reduction model with no additional operator preconditions published. Published capacity: Operator currently describes hundreds served across eight Los Angeles County facilities; no exact current network bed total published. Waitlist/availability: County referral and facility availability. Meals: Three meals daily. Case management: Case managers, social workers, job training and resident support. Housing navigation: Individualized Road Maps toward permanent housing. Medical services: Nursing professionals within the service team.
