Free second- and fourth-Thursday grocery distribution
The City of Salinas and Food Bank for Monterey County provide free emergency and supplemental groceries through Hebbron Family Center on the second and fourth Thursday of each month. Distribution begins at 1:00 PM and continues for one hour or until supplies are exhausted. The City directs visitors to enter César Chávez Park through Hebbron Avenue.
