Intake: Provider submits universal IHP application and consent forms. Eligibility: Homeless adults or TAY with mental illness and inadequate income; registered sex offenders not accepted. Documents: Current IHP referral and consent forms. Accessibility: Entry ramp; no elevator; other accommodations subject to availability. Pets: Pets not accepted. Service animals: Vaccinated service and support dogs or cats up to 30 pounds accepted; breed restrictions apply. Published capacity: Four houses; two to three beds per room; total not published. Waitlist/availability: County referral and matching. Meals: Three meals daily. Case management: Case management. Housing navigation: Permanent-housing transition support.
