Intake: Mental-health provider submits universal interim-housing application and required consent forms. Eligibility: Homeless adults with mental illness and inadequate income; registered sex offenders not accepted. Documents: Current IHP referral form and consent documents. Accessibility: Sensory and mobility accommodations subject to bed availability. Pets: Pets under 50 pounds allowed in participant rooms. Service animals: Service and emotional-support animals accepted with required documentation. Published capacity: 40 beds: 10 single rooms and 15 double rooms. Waitlist/availability: Referral and county matching determine availability. Meals: Three meals daily. Case management: Case management. Housing navigation: Permanent-housing transition support. Medical services: Recuperative-care and Enhanced Care Management programs also operate on campus. Mental-health services: Mental-health provider participation required.
