Household eligibility: Adult couples accepted. Intake: Mental-health provider submits universal interim-housing application and required consent forms. Eligibility: Homeless adults or couples with mental illness and inadequate income; registered sex offenders and people with arson history not accepted. Documents: Current IHP referral form and consent documents. Accessibility: Elevator; ADA sensory and mobility accommodations subject to bed availability. Pets: Pets up to 30 pounds accepted. Service animals: Service and emotional-support animals accepted with required documentation and pet-care area. Published capacity: 205 room placements: 185 single rooms and 10 double rooms, including four couple rooms. Waitlist/availability: Referral and county matching determine availability. Meals: Three meals daily. Case management: Case management. Housing navigation: Permanent-housing transition support. Mental-health services: Mental-health provider participation required.
