Eligibility: Age 18-24 and currently enrolled in a college or trade school in Los Angeles County. Published capacity: Current operator describes a 29-bedroom property; HUD recorded overlapping 29- and 2-bed components in January 2024. A July 2026 federal court report lists the current Excelsior program. These figures are not live vacancy..
