Intake: Call, walk in, apply online or obtain community-partner referral. Eligibility: Single young adults ages 18-24 experiencing or at risk of homelessness in San Joaquin County. Documents: Photo identification. Published capacity: 6 beds in three double-occupancy rooms. Waitlist/availability: Wait varies with bed availability. Meals: Food provided. Showers: Two shared bathrooms. Laundry: Laundry room. Case management: TAY coaching, goal setting and life-skills training. Housing navigation: Dedicated housing navigator, housing applications and aftercare planning. Medical services: Basic-needs and medical linkages. Mental-health services: Mental-health counseling and referrals. Transportation: Bus passes or ride assistance provided as needed. Donations: Financial and in-kind donations accepted through Children’s Home of Stockton. Volunteering: Contact operator for volunteer opportunities.
