Household eligibility: Single adults. Intake: Mental-health provider submits universal interim-housing application and required consent forms. Eligibility: Homeless adult with mental illness and inadequate income; men age 50+; registered sex offenders not accepted. Documents: Current IHP referral form and consent documents. Accessibility: ADA-compliant rooms, grab bars and non-slip flooring. Pets: Up to two small pets per client. Service animals: Service animals accepted; emotional-support animal requires provider letter and vaccination or license proof. Published capacity: 6 beds. Waitlist/availability: Referral and county matching determine availability. Meals: Three meals daily. Case management: Case management. Housing navigation: Permanent-housing transition support.
