Age: Adults and children in families. Household eligibility: Individuals and families with children. Intake: Call 661-254-4663; drop-in assessment does not guarantee placement. Eligibility: People experiencing homelessness who are actively implementing a housing plan; call for current screening. Documents: California ID or license assistance is available; call for intake document requirements. Published capacity: 101 clients. Waitlist/availability: Call for current bed availability. Meals: Three meals daily for shelter residents; public Feeding It Forward meals daily 11:00 AM-8:00 PM. Showers: Daily 11:00 AM-8:00 PM by appointment. Laundry: Daily 11:00 AM-4:00 PM. Case management: Individual needs assessment, case plans, referrals, employment and education support. Housing navigation: Housing search and application preparation. Medical services: Dental and medical referrals and healthcare enrollment. Mental-health services: Mental-health and substance-use referrals. Transportation: Transportation assistance for employment and appointments. Donations: Financial donations and in-kind supplies accepted; donations@btohome.org. Volunteering: Volunteer, meal, medical, dental, and grooming opportunities; volunteers@btohome.org.
