Household eligibility: Individuals. Intake: Universal IHP application and consent forms required. Eligibility: Homeless adults age 60+ with mental illness and inadequate income; registered sex offenders not accepted. Documents: Current IHP forms. Accessibility: Mobility accommodation subject to bed availability. Pets: Pets not accepted. Service animals: Service animals required by law; emotional-support dogs accepted with required provider documentation. Published capacity: 15 placements in rooms for 2-3 people. Waitlist/availability: County referral and matching. Meals: Three meals daily. Case management: Case management. Housing navigation: Permanent-housing transition support.
