Documents: No income proof or background check required; identification assistance is available after entry. Pets: One pet per resident, subject to program approval. Service animals: Service animals accommodated under applicable law; exact procedure not published. Published capacity: 15 beds in the January 2024 HUD HIC; later 2025 planning rosters show a lower count, so call for current capacity. Waitlist/availability: Call 530-841-0844 for availability.
