The Food Pantry provides program food for The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP), income based USDA food assistance. In addition, the Food Pantry has food purchased with donations available. These monitary and food donations come directly from the public. Product availabilty varies. The Food Pantry is for Montgomery County, Arkansas residents. Must be resident of Montgomery County, Arkansas. We will need to know names, birthdates, income and source of income for every person in the household. Person picking up food will need to bring a photo ID at every pickup. We currently have a social work student available on Wednesdays to assist. The Food Pantry is located at the Montgomery County Annex Building. Parking available. The building was previously the nursing home and prior to that it was the hospital. The Food Pantry usually receives food delivery the first Friday of each month. The pantry will be closed Labor Day, September 7th. We will be open Wednesday, September 9 and Saturday, September 12; both 9am to noon. Schedules and requirements can change; confirm before traveling.
