Eligibility: Human-trafficking survivors ages 17-26 at the Phoenix Dream Center campus; treatment fit and room availability are assessed. Waitlist/availability: Screening and intake when a room is available. Meals: Nourishment is part of the residential recovery model. Case management: Trauma-informed treatment planning, counseling, education, life skills, and family-systems case management. Housing navigation: Residential recovery and transition planning. Medical services: Medical, dental, eye-care, and other health supports described by the operator. Mental-health services: Individual and group therapy, psychiatric care, EMDR, substance-use support, and other trauma-healing services.
