Household eligibility: Single-adult shelter; families use the Family Housing Hub and Vista Colina pathway. Intake: Visit the Welcome Center at 204 South 12th Avenue or call 602-229-5155; after intake, request direction to CASS. Eligibility: Adults age 18+ experiencing homelessness; low-barrier and same-day placement subject to availability. Documents: Bring photo ID, medications, and critical documents if available; staff can help replace missing documents. Published capacity: Up to 600 people at a time. Waitlist/availability: Same-day placement is subject to availability; contact the Welcome Center. Meals: Nutritious meals served on campus. Showers: Showers, restrooms, and hygiene supplies. Case management: Personalized case management, benefits and employment connections. Housing navigation: Housing planning begins after bed assignment; rapid rehousing and tenancy support available. Medical services: Connections to primary, urgent, and medication support. Mental-health services: Behavioral-health screening and referrals to counseling, recovery, and treatment. Transportation: Bus passes or transportation referrals may be available through case management. Donations: Official financial-giving link published.
